Solve problems from that book, but in terms of materializing you need to know frameworks and libraries, blah, bla, blah. They are kind of hard – I did a lot of these while taking my data structures and algorithms course. Now, in terms of projects I solved a lot of the ones proposed in Algorithms 4th edition, by Sedgwick. Do LT once you get yourself familiar with OOP and data structures and algorithms.
